I needed work done on my hurricane windows and particularly wanted it done before hurricane season. I'm so glad I called Wind Safe! Aaron was our installer and he was phenomenal- he did a temporary fix, special ordered the parts we needed and then got the replacement parts installed as soon as they arrived. He was great to work with- really nice guy and super responsive. I couldn't be home on install day, but he sent me lots of pics. I'm impressed. Highly recommend.

We looked at 6 companies. Wind Safe out paced everone. We cannot say enough about the Wind Safe team. John provided our consultation, Aaron was our engineer, Esteban completed our electical, and Jamie and Yoandry completed our installation. Each member of the team were polite, professional, and informative. We opted for the Magna Track hurricane screens. They are beautiful. We will be recommending this company to our friends and neighbors. Outstanding work, especially John.

2:39 Wind Safe Hurricane Protection I'm at 22 years in Naples and we've just finished building our dream home. I've sat through every storm in a concrete poured house and the extra protection of Wind Safe Hurricane Shutters, so it wasn't a 2nd thought to call Bob. Finding he'd sold WS I gave the "other guy" an opportunity to speak about his approach and was educated about the latest developments in technology, KEVLAR(?)! Who knew? I've always used the Shutters as a first line of security and now they're as fine as my custom indoor shutters but so much cooler and their are 6! I'm going to show you Conor's tribute to the name of the man who's integrity built WSHS and NO, I'm not being paid for endorsing WS but I plan on having them installed at my Mom's home in Charleston, SC (Hurricane Alley)! I'll let my home video finish my most heartfelt and thankful appreciation for the team who worked so hard to keep my family safe. WOW !!! A company that cares about their customer. I tried Wind Safe Hurricane on a chance and I am glad I did. From my initial call with Christy I had a pleasant and professional experience. I described my problems with a shutter motor and the remote controls. . They sent their technician, Joe Smith, out with a replacement motor and two new remotes. He was very professional in verifying my motor problem and he proceeded to install the new motor. He then programmed two new remotes. He even advised me that he saw signs that another motor was showing signs that it would need replacement at some time in the future. After he left, I was having some issues with the remotes. I called and spoke with Christy and again it was a pleasant experience. She scheduled Joe for a return visit and he arrived as planned and he brought out two different remotes. Conor called and advised that the company was having issues with the original and that they were replacing them with a different product. The second set works great. Conor called a second time to make sure I was happy with the entire job. Christy, Joe and Conor were very pleasant, professional and great to deal with as a team. I highly recommend Wind Safe Hurricane for any and all shutter maintenance and repair.

Initially the techs who tried to fix our broken hurricane screen had difficulty so the owner himself contacted me to help resolve the issue. He sent out a specialist and he repaired the screen. Connor contacted me to make sure I was satisfied! You will be very pleased with this company; their customer support, their work ethic, promptness, follow up and finished repair. They are a 5 star company!
