Awesome services! Getting the job done right. Called Ms. Gloria Torres last minute and she was able to get us a dumpster at our Transitional Living apartments for clean up. She didn’t give up and made it happen. Confident that I will call on her again for another job.
Is it just me or does waste pro through everyone else trashcan down on the ground and drive off like its nothing? Like I didn't pay my bill on time or set the trashcan outside neatly, on time, and where they can easily pick it up? Oh wait I did do all that and it is still always thrown down. Since there is no competition for them here don't expect them to get out the truck and pick it up either. Update to my post this afternoon the manager personally came by and apologized. Thank you for that Updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars.
I want to give a shoutout to Waste Pro driver JOSE who drives truck# 133201 for his outstanding service! Him and his helper Rafael are always respectful, friendly and professional. It’s clear they take dedication in being an essential part of making our community better!
Jose and Rafael (truck # 133201) are the best! My daughter looks forward to Monday and Thursday. They always wave and bring her so much joy. Really grateful we have these guys helping the community!
