The requirement is to have my container out at the curb. I did not leave my container right there! I am at work and my container is basically in the road! From my camera, I watched the guy retrieve my container from the curb, place it on the truck arm to dump and then pushed my container toward...wherever...while he walked away. So what happens if my container is missing, crushed, hit and damages a neighbors property, etc... before I get home to retrieve it? They barely show up, and this happens when they do and on a regular...do better, please and thank you. And if you're interested, I do have the video. Chisholm Springs Resident
I cancelled service and they STILL have not picked up the trash can. Called twice as it's now been TWO weeks and they simply say "sorry, but they haven't been able to come out". Seriously? It will now be THREE weeks of bring it in and out. BTW - I cancelled them as they have increased my service charge EVERY MONTH wince I signed up this past December. Extra charges such as fuel charges, environmental charges. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY from them. Garbage pickup should not be this complicated!
Consistently inconsistent the bold face lies when you call em you get one story call again for another. I hate that companies like this can just make a profit and totally fail..I am in the wrong business when customer service can be vomit and still say 100% is our goal for customer experience
Serviced missed 5 out of last 6 weeks. All calls to customer service have not resolved the issue. Been a customer since 2019 and have had no issues until now. Was told a substitute driver is on my route, but has not apparently been told to continue down the road to get to my address….so frustrating.
Service is great, drivers are friendly. But my bill goes up every month. Fuel surcharges, continue to rise when diesel is going down.
