I had the pleasure of working with Kurt; he was able to thoroughly explain all the options I had and get me on the schedule. We were able to get a fence taken down and fully replaced due to his tireless efforts. Kurt and his team will do an excellent job, build a great fence and even help take care of extra stuff in the process. I am very pleased with the outcome. We had an initial hiccup with poor communication and lack of response, but they owned up to the mistake, gave a discount and followed up afterwards. Overall would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, Kurt's customer service was outstanding; professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with for the installation of a wood fence. The installation was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and the workmanship is absolutely beautiful. The fence looks fantastic and was installed with great attention to detail. I can't stop looking at it lol. Kurt & Nick were punctual, efficient, and left the property clean when they were done. They truly exceeded my expectations by not only doing a wonderful job on the fence but handling coordination with my neighbor. During challenging times with supply shortages and at the height of the season, Kurt bent over backwards to source the fence materials in a timely manner to stay on schedule, even upgrading the quality at no extra charge. He is a real problem-solver! While other companies were saying it would be 2-4 months out before they could get a fence done for us, he made things happen quickly. He and his team were very professional, experienced, and did a great job. They listened well, were polite, and worked with me on things needing clarification or decisions as the job progressed. We were very pleased with the job and the fence looks even more amazing than we anticipated! I would definitely recommend Kurt and his Virginia Beach Fence Company.
