As a single older woman, I was very skeptical to have anybody come out here when I receive a phone call to try this service ., but I have to say I’m very happy. Jimmy came out. He did a great job. He didn’t pressure me into anything and didn’t lie to me or tell me that anything that was wrong. He told me is in great working order. He cleaned out the system and checked everything. He was very professional and personable. I did wind up buying the contract because it was a very good deal $190 for four visits to clean out and check the system. Pludc priority service if you sign the contract. My son-in-law in New Jersey is one of the top guys in his field of HVAC so I know that this is a good deal and I appreciate the fact that there was no pressure. It was a really good experience for once. Thank you Jimmy! 😉

I highly recommend TWIN SERVICES. They are prompt, professional and get the job done right! We bought our home last summer and the owners paid for the new unit. We got lucky, one, year later our ductwork was completely outdated from the late 90s and we had to have it done!! The service repair guy had told me in my annual free cleaning ( I needed to have a ductwork done), but I did not want to spend the money. That was sometime February/March, fast forward to summer ..Our system was not working properly without the new installation of ductwork and coils. TWIN SERVICES team did an impeccable job, Explain everything to me beforehand and even put in a new return! They cleaned up after themselves, were pleasant and PROFESSIONAL! Ductwork and coils are brand new and air is flowing beautifully!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t hesitate using them!!!!!!!!! They are so much better than any other air company we have ever had!!!! Excellent customer service. My tech, Jimmy, was professional, courteous & provided great tips on maintaining my unit. I received the exact service I was told I’d get with no additional charges! They even called to let me know my tech got held up at the previous job; a courtesy you don’t get often with other companies.👍🏻👍🏻

Randy was top notch and very responsive. We needed a new AC unit for our business and he arranged it in 24 hours with a crane and a whole crew to install.
