Terrible. I called several weeks ahead of my construction to order a dumpster and asked them if I needed to pay ahead of time. I was told to pay the driver. I called again the day prior to my construction to verify they were still coming and was told the driver would be getting up with me. They never showed up and never called so we were forced to haul the construction debris off in a trailer.

this is by far the worst company EVER! I ordered a dumpster they took my credit card... waited a week for a delivery that never came. i then called in and they told me i could easily be a week or two out still. Then a lady named Ronda cursed me and said "we will rip up your credit card info you cheap basterd" I got the office manager on the phone Shannon who then only justified why rhonda had treated me so poorly. Saying it was because we made more than 1 phone call to the company about the delivery of this dumpster. They have nothing available, they automatically put you on a first come first serve list. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!

I live in huntsville al and bought a house in Mexico beach. I needed to do some demo on the house and only have a limited a time to do so (sat and sunday) I ordered the roll off a week in advance . They never showed or called to cancel. I was stuck with doing the demo with just the bobcat that did show up from a different company thank God. they are not going to answer the phone on sat. So I called Monday to see what happened and the woman said the foreman probably changed the roll off to a more important job. Crazy. She asked me if I still needed it! No. The Job was sat and sunday. It is now Monday. Now the job is going to cost me twice as much because I have to pay somebody to go pick the trash up now. This place is bad business. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't be in business long.

A driver delivered a dumpster on the wrong date, they placed the dumpster in a wrong location. when the dumpster was picked up they damaged my property being obviously careless. When I contacted them they informed me that they are not responsible for ANY damage to ANY of my property and were extremely rude about telling me that. If you like your home and property never us them!

I called with a few short questions. The woman allowed me to ask one brief question, she replied quickly and as I proceeded to speak again she abruptly hung up. Discourteous and obvious terrible costumer service.
