MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND THEY'RE ARE POLUTTING THE AIR BY BREAKING DOWN FRIDGES without taking freon from it. Also the management did not render his name when asked. Seems suspicious to me that I couldn't watch them remove the gas. Since takeover the place is not worth going. All Srcap here is come. I will never put a foot in that yard again. AS LONG AS I PEDDLE(ACCORDING TO THEM). I HOPE THE E.P.A CHECKEM OUT SOON. AS LONG AS THE YARD BOSS STAYS I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE A 2ND CITIZEN JUST BECAUSE I SCRAP METAL. WELL ILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER YARD. IF OWNERS WISH TO CONTACT ME JUST ASK E.P.A. OFFICIAL THAT SHOWS UP.
I’ve been bringing in cars for quite some time, and the yard is always very organized and clean. Lidia at the inbounds scale has consistently been incredibly helpful—she runs VIN numbers ahead of time to make sure I can bring in vehicles without any issues. Communication with her and the gentleman in the vehicle department is always great. I truly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism.
I jumped through all sorts of hoops including showing a receipt for turning my old AC coil. Folks in line said- you are going to get a good price on that. - Google said to expect 35 + bucks. 4.20 is what they paid me. Having to sit there while they let others go in front me. Took 40 minutes while others were in and out in 5. Only the lady in the building spoke English- seemed nice. But ... Seriously ten+ Spanish only folks working there and then you have to provide your ID to someone that doesn't speak English give them your employers name/number to put in their system? Super sketch. That was my experience. Never going back. Regret giving them my ID.
Last second request and the TMR team hit it out of the park. Lidia and Grant were nothing short of a pleasure to work with. I can’t thank both of them enough. TMR Fort Myers is top notch and I look forward to working with them more.
Once we figured out where to go, it was fine. First man in yard working was rude and not helpful, second man was nice. Once we found aluminum drop off, ladies very nice
