Steer clear of this company . It’s been a nightmare since day one . A large section of our houses flooring was installed in the wrong direction. An entire showers tile was installed so poorly that it had to be ripped out and replaced . The master shower pattern has mistakes in it. They installed a niche with no shelf in it as designed . They have never come to finish grout clean up or to caulk as promised . I’ve given up on them finishing and will have to pay another contractor to finish their work. Choose someone who cares about their customers. These are critical design elements in customers homes, and they’re not capable of delivering high quality installation, let alone service after the sale.

We’ll the driving of their company truck hasn’t changed other than it may have a few more dents in since review by Koda Koala a year ago. Had planned to call owner thinking they would want to know how their company’s truck is being driven but apparently they don’t care. Could have side swiped several cars! I can only imagine what their work would be like.

This companies van with their information plastered all over drives like absolute lunatics with a death wish. Going 90 I'm guessing in a merge on cape coral parkway bridge almost side swiping my car then driving like a person with a death wish between cars. I can't believe their work would be good if they don't care how they represent themselves. Avoid avoid avoid

They told us that the tile we purchased would be ready between 11am-3pm. So we went to pick it up and the staff were incredibly rude. Stated we would have to wait for them to unload a truck before they would give us the tile we were told would be ready at that time, then when we asked the front about what was going on, we were told “we don’t HAVE to sell to individuals”. Sorry we came at the time YOU said it would be ready. If there was a specific time you wanted us to arrive so you could have the materials ready, you should have said so in the beginning versus giving paying customers the runaround :) We came at the time given to us so quite frankly, you should have made sure that it was ready without the added attitude from the staff. The service is not worth using this place.

Gentleman who drives the black Ford super duty likes to throw out his cigarettes and litter all over Cape Coral. Given the reviews this company doesn’t seem to care about their community.
