We worked with Tact Constructions to complete our family home renovation and extension. The entire Tact team was professional and respectful in their interactions with us. The quality of work was exceptional. The final result was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Tact Constructions is our company of choice for future builds (although I doubt we will move out of our current beautiful home any time soon). Thankyou Tact.

We recently completed a home extension and renovation with TACT Construction and genuinely could not be happier with the entire experience and final result. From day one, the whole team were outstanding to deal with. What stood out most to us was their transparency and honesty around costings, along with the genuine sense of trust and openness they created throughout the project. Communication was exceptional the entire way through — every question or concern was acknowledged quickly and we always felt listened to and supported. It’s obvious that the team at TACT truly care about the quality of their work and the end result they deliver for their clients. We had the pleasure of working with Lachlan Cohen from Tact Construction over several years to design and build our new cellar door at Sanguine Estate, and he was exceptional every step of the way. Throughout the project, we encountered a number of unforeseen challenges, including COVID-related disruptions to the building industry and evolving legislative requirements. Lachlan consistently approached these hurdles with calm professionalism, offering thoughtful, practical solutions that carefully balanced our budget constraints with the quality and aesthetic outcomes we were striving to achieve. He was transparent in advising where we could reduce costs without compromising the overall vision, while also providing honest guidance when certain ideas might detract from the final result. At one point, we were required to completely redesign the project, and Lachlan’s support during this process was invaluable. His patience and flexibility especially as we refined and at times revisited our decisions, were truly remarkable. Beyond the planning and design phase, the build itself was outstanding. Lachlan’s strength lies in his ability to problem-solve and deliver on design intent, ensuring that the final outcome reflects both vision and craftsmanship. His follow-up service after completion was equally impressive, he remained genuinely committed to ensuring we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the project. We could not recommend Lachlan highly enough.

TACT have recently finished building our new family home, and we couldn’t be happier. TACT have built a very high quality home, and did so with great communication and support along the way. From the outset they provided clarity on their quoting process; the inclusions and exclusions from their estimates. This provided a great starting point for the success of the rest of build. I would 100% recommend TACT. And if we ever went to build another home, my wife and I would definitely be going back to TACT.
