We are first time buyers so found the process daunting, but Sean was very informative and explained everything really clearly. We came away very satisfied, with no questions unanswered. We look forward to the following few months securing our first home.

My daughter lives at this estate, it feels like navigating a caravan site on parts of the main road inside the estate. The houses look impressive, but having heard of their slow or non-existent response from site teams to address issues is less so. They seemed proactive until there's an issue that can't be fixed quickly, then they seemingly lose interest, leaving outstanding snags.

Do not recommend at all. Bought a house in March it is now July with over 15 snags still NOT DONE and a full house needing painting as they used the wrong paint to touch up. The full house basically looks like a child has ran around with a paint brush and marked all the walls. Since March story apologised and said “we will get someone round to fix this in a week”. It is now July and still after the painter arrives today to finally do the job he advises that story have only given him 2 days and it isn’t enough time.
