I had an excellent experience with SERVPRO of Cape Coral. They handled a water damage restoration project in my home and later completed mold remediation services. The entire team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I would especially like to recognize J. Martinez for his outstanding work. He was thorough, respectful, and took the time to explain each step of the restoration process. My vacation in Florida had a “flood” of water from a broken pipe. I called ServPro to come out as I was out of town. They stopped the leak cleaned up the mess and by the time I was able to get down there you couldn’t even tell I had water in the kitchen. Jayson was our Point of Contact and he did a wonderful job taking care of the house. Communication was great I knew what was happening at all times and I felt he treated my home as it is was his home. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend.

Their team did miraculous work. I was most impressed by the project manager, Jorge George, who oversaw the entire process from start to finish. He stayed in contact with me several times a day, sometimes, to inform me of the plans and the progress made. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone who needs major job done with professionalism and expertise.
So far, Servpro has been very responsive. They arrived quickly after being notified that my floor flooded. They have monitored daily the drying process. The staff has been professional and the communication with the team members has been excellent
I recently inquired about a cleaning service of one of my rental units with Stephen, who i ran into while pumping gas. Stephen was extremely informative about how the process works and offered to set up a time to come in and take look to see the extent of work that would be needed. We spoke about multiple rentals that I own. I would absolutely look into contacting Servpro for my future rental renewal and move in preparation.
