Very impressed with Red Rock Plumbing! I will call them again when I have another plumbing issue. Nate was Great! He fixed the leak under my bathroom sink and installed an anode rod in my hot water heater. I was very pleased with the whole experience, from my first phone call to the completion of the work. Great experience!
Where do I start? Our water heater stopped working and we called Red Rock Plumbing and had an appointment the same day with Chandlyr who was efficient and precise in his analysis of our problem. He gave us the option of a new water heater or a tankless water heater. After his clear description of the benefit we elected to go that way. The following day specialist Nate came to our home ready to replace our old water heater with a new tankless water heater. I will spare you the details of the removal and installation of the new unit by explaining how Nate handled the job. He was very efficient. ( I watched the entire process). He quickly removed the old unit and installed the new one. He left the work area spotless and clearly explained how to use the new unit. I would highly recommend Red Rock for your next water heater ( get the tankless). Also I highly recommend both Chandlyr and Nate. They are AMAZING.
Chandlyr and team are awesome! They got our water heater replaced very quickly and were very knowledgeable about the warranty and some specific things we wanted installed with it. They were also very competitive on pricing and not scared of a second opinion. Super low-pressure customer service and high quality work. Will definitely be calling them in the future and recommending them to family and friends moving forward. Thanks!
First of all, I’d like to compliment our technician Teki. He was a very pleasant person to work with, as well as, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Our appointment was at 8:30am and he showed up right on the dot. It’s the little things that impress me. Teki did a great job for us. We had an appointment with another company for the previous day in which we ended up cancelling because they did not make their 4 hour window for service and they did not know if and when they were going to show. You’re Fired. Called Red Rock Plumbing and we were put on the schedule for the very next day. Great service and professional. Very happy. I would definitely use them again if I needed service again.
Excellent service, response and communication. We needed a sewer inspection on short notice for a home purchase. Red Rock came through with an appointment the following day. Chandlyr completed the inspection, provided a video of the scope and an opinion of his observations. He did not try and sell us anything and we are happy with the services.
