While our initial experience with Roger about 9 months ago was excellent, I cannot say the same for the last couple interactions we've had. Last night a tech named Anthony was condescending and rude to my wife on the phone before he arrived, questioning whether or not she understood how a thermostat works. When arrived, he barely spoke, had an obviously bad attitude, did not check anything relevant, and just vacuumed out the drainage pipe before leaving. He was there for maybe 5 minutes and obviously had better places to be. My thermostat stayed at 78 for almost six hours after he left and refused to get cooler until almost 3am. This morning I called five separate times with no answer, with the AI voice telling me "I'm next in line" over and over again. I left a message over two hours ago and have not heard back yet. My neighbor who is an HVAC guy just came over to help me, and within two minutes he found that the entire inside of the air handler is frozen. I have attached two pics. I'm not sure what happened in the last nine months, but I am extremely unimpressed with the current service. Especially Anthony. That guy needs a different job, needs to treat women with some respect, and I hope he reads this. The only thing Rapid about his Response was leaving my house as quickly as possible while doing the absolute bear minimum. Do better or expect people to take their business elsewhere.

Albert Angulo was my Technician from Rapid Response AC Services today! I can not say enough about this man's professionalism, knowledge and work ethic. He was through, informative, knowledgeable, well spoken and he cleaned everything he used. He was respectful, fun to engage with and made me feel confident and at ease with what he was going to be doing. I recommend asking for Albert Angulo by name when you make your appointment with Rapid Response AC Services! 1000% pleased!

We had Albert out today to help fix our A/C. He was absolutely WONDERFUL! If I could give 6 stars I would. He was extremely kind and got the work done quickly. At the end I asked if he was able to change the A/C filter, and he did it for me even though that wasn’t what he was there for. Amazing service and an amazing person! Thanks Albert!

Albert came out today to do our regular maintenance and he was great. He was very kind, thorough, and respectful. I trusted him checking our unit and hope to have him as our technician next time

Buyer beware! Do not use this company! We paid to have the ducts sealed, a new AC unit installed and a new air handler…. They installed but never tested the heating unit…. When I asked about it after realizing it doesn’t work, I was told I would have to pay $700+ after already paying $13K for the unit to have something installed that never worked to begin with. The new owners take no responsibility, they blame the previous owner for all of their problems and seem to overlook the fact that problems, old or new, are theirs to deal with. You can’t buy a business and not honor the existing commitments and warranties that are in place. The service techs don’t even bother to show up for the maintenance when it’s scheduled anymore, and they don’t call to schedule on a quarterly basis. Save yourself the hassle and the money and use literally anyone else. We were totally screwed over and now the unit has a burning smell after just 2.5 years of use. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
