This was my Cocker Spaniel Ares' first time with a groomer and I just got the furminator bath to see how he'd do and he's overdue for a good clean. Ares is the type of dog that will get bark and growl aggressively at new faces but really he's a sweetheart once he is done making a scene. Pilar was very patient and understanding and despite my worries Ares very quickly warmed up to her and even let her carry him inside! Thankfully he gave her an easy time and it's very clear in his mannerisms that he's very happy about the service. Pilar has a way with dogs that you don't see in many people and I would be more than happy to book again.
She is the best! Works well with dogs with anxiety and also does cuts just like you request. Would wait forever to get my pets into her. Great groomer
