Zulia groomed our dog Bandit a couple days ago. She has been such a blessing to our family. Bandit can be cranky when being groomed. Zulia is very patient with him and does a great job. We really appreciate her. Thanks Zulia!

The first time my dog was groomed, it went great. I scheduled an appointment a few months later (yesterday) and they did not show up. The next day, they still cannot get in contact with the groomer which makes no sense. They also do not have the courtesy to answer the phone.

Recently I had my dogs hair receive a cut from them and was horrified when i saw their hair cut. One of my dogs which is a long haired chihuahua hair had previously been cut and they kinda followed the shape so it didn’t look as bad but still kinda sloppy on the back of her head. But my maltipoo was completely shaven down and left with absolutely no hair. I would have understood if they had told me they didn’t know how to work with his fur and not done it at all. Never has his hair been cut like that definitely won’t be book an appointment again.

The entire process is a breeze. From making the appointment via text, to her pulling into our parking lot to groom and only taking about 1.5 hours, Zulia is a pro. Our dog looks so good and we’re so happy!!!
