I have been a patient at Peace Medical since 2013. The care has always been consistently excellent. I love all the staff but would like to acknowledge a few specific employees today. Izzy is calm, kind and efficient. I didn’t think it would be possible to find a replacement for nurse practitioner Debbie Jenkins, but Nalini has stepped up to the plate and has my respect and affection. Since my husband and I share one vehicle, I really appreciated Arti going the extra mile to sync our appointments. Ricardo is so respectful when working with a woman patient. No review is complete without mentioning Magda. You gotta love Magda! The office humor is second only to their professionalism. You know you’re in a good place when everyone is laughing. I expect they will take $75 off my next bill for leaving this review😉
NP Kuldeep Bhatt was outstanding. He took the time to listen, didn’t brush off my symptoms, and made sure I got the testing I needed to figure out what was going on. He was thorough, professional, and genuinely cared about getting answers instead of just treating the symptoms. A big thank you to Haley at the front desk for making sure all of my tests were scheduled before I left the office. It made the whole process much easier. It’s hard to find a healthcare team that works together this well. Everyone was professional, efficient, and compassionate. I’m grateful for the care I received and highly recommend NP Kuldeep Bhatt and his team.
Words cannot express my wonderful experiences with my new provider. I want to give kudos to NP Mark George, Magda, Alexis, Ashley, and Hayley. From check in to my appointment to check out, this crew has the most pleasant and positive demeanor. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They do not hesitate to reach out when issues arise. They are extremely professional and treat you like a person not just a number. They all smile and greet you with kindness when your first walk in, on each appointment. I have had some complicated issues, and they made sure they assisted me until my issues were resolved. I am happy that I found this practice. My health has improved considerably since being a patient here. I will definitely refer my friends and family. Thank you guys for all you do. I just started at Peace Medical Center and have been here for 6 months or so and every time i come in to see Mark George he is phenomenal as well as his Nurse Lexi. When i come into the office Hailiey always greets me with smiles and recognition. I have also been to the Mauldin office as well and the Front Desk Staff there is amazing as well. I would recommend anyone to this practice!!!
Dr. Saxena answered all my questions about my fathers care and WHY. I was pleased with his thoroughness and his nurses level of care and excellent bedside manner. Thank you for caring for the person as well as the patient!
