Good Lunch and Friendly Service Inside the Anaheim Marriott This afternoon I had lunch at nFuse Restaurant, Bar & Lounge inside the Anaheim Marriott while I was in town for the 2026 ASSP Convention + Expo. Since the hotel and convention area were busy, I got there before noon hoping to beat the crowd. That turned out to be a good move. I decided to sit at the bar, and the staff made a good first impression right away. The bartenders were friendly, welcoming, and quick to get me settled. Since it was still early in the day, I played it safe with an iced tea, which arrived within minutes, along with the menu. I ordered the Roasted Turkey Club with onion rings. As shown in my photo, the plate came out looking solid, with a good-sized sandwich, plenty of turkey, onion rings, sauces, and a pickle on the side. The food came out shortly after I ordered, which I appreciated because I was hungry and had convention plans to get back to. The meal hit the spot. The sandwich was filling, the onion rings were good, and the portion was so large I couldn't finish it all, even though I came in starving. Overall, this was a good lunch with friendly service and convenient access if staying at or visiting the Anaheim Marriott. I will most likely stop in again while I am here for the ASSP convention. 4/5 stars.
The halibut was cooked and seasoned well. The veggies were slightly undercooked but overall a solid dish. The seasoning at the bottom was slightly too salty for my taste but with the halibut it was okay. The service was great!
Consistently good food in a nice hotel. Can’t go wrong with the chicken sandwich or burger. Breakfast is good too. We stay at this Marriott every time we go to Disneyland. Nice place to have dinner if you don’t want to eat out.
The flatas were tender and had a nice flavor. Both drinks were also well made (not too sweet or heavy-handed). The environment is relaxed. Would definitely get more food and drinks here again. The bartender made a great recommendation for our snack.
nFuse is in the hotel we are staying at for a conference so we decided to give it a try. It was a pretty informal relaxed vibe. You seat yourself and wait for a server to come to your table. The servers were polite and professional. The halibut and pork chop were both perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The sides were good as well, but if you are very hungry beware... The portions are rather small. No appetizers, soup, salad, drinks or desserts and it was over $40 per person.
