Carl and his team fixed my Ford Transit clutch within a day and got me in on very short notice which enabled me to get back to work much faster. Can’t recommend them enough for the work they’ve done. Kept in touch frequently and even though the job was worse than intended and turned into a headache they didn’t complain and saved me a lot of money. I’ve paid a lot more for a lot less in the past. I had an issue with my wing mirror, and even though Carl wasn’t at work that day, he still answered my call and gave me decent advice for how to do a decent temporary fix that enabled me to continue my journey. Recently purchased a car from Newcastle motor company and I highly, highly recommend them! The service provided from start to finish was excellent and Carl went above and beyond to help me purchase a car. I live in South Wales and there was no hesitation about delivery at all, the delivery ran smoothly and car arrived on time. Carl made sure the car was inspected before leaving Newcastle and the car has exceeded my expectations.
