Walton County is hard waste management and they are horrific! If you drive up and down, you’ll see all the garbage they won’t pick up because they have so many stipulations… Anyways, I brought my garbage because it’s a rental home and I didn’t want the renters to arrive to garbage over to my mother’s on the west end of PCB. She is on Friday only service and she was freaking out because her garbage was overflowing. Needs without us, even asking, emptied her garbage, including the cardboard. She waves to them every Friday so they know that she’s an older lady at 83 but this was genuine kindness. I’m grateful because I was going to drag it all to my other rental property and I didn’t have to. Truly kind man who made my Mother’s Day

My trash can was literally 5 feet from the curb. I know it should of been closer to the curb, and it is never like that, but the driver seeing it is full couldn't get out of his truck to move it a little closer to be emptied. To me that's just plain lazy, and not customer friendly. Now my trash was overflowing because they wouldn't come back to pick it up, and I had to wait till the next pick up. Flat out RIDICULOUS!! Out of kindness, If the driver would of move it closer and emptied and sent a courtesy letter stating to have it cliser to the edge, I would of had more respect, and consideration, and made sure it was right the next time. And this is just one incident. Looking for I different trash company. Shouldn't even get 1 star.
