We recently hired this plumbing company to replace our sewer line using a trenchless solution, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first visit, they took the time to explain the entire process, answer all of our questions, and provide clear expectations for the project. Their communication was excellent throughout. The scheduling process was smooth, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and completed the sewer line replacement efficiently with minimal disruption to our yard. It's obvious they take pride in their work and care about their customers. If you're looking for a plumber who offers trenchless sewer line replacement and stands behind their work, I highly recommend this company. David came out to my house yesterday to fix my water heater. It was a last minute fix, and appointments were filled so they were asking if I could make an appointment for the following day. I've got six children and a husband, and I was really hoping to get the problem fixed as soon as possible so everyone could have showers and be ready for the next day. David was willing to squeeze me in so that my family would have hot water this morning. I am so grateful and happy he came out when he did. David was professional, and so easy to talk to. He showed me how to light my pilot light and was very patient with my questions and learning curve. I am very pleased with my experience. I've called other plumbing providers in the past, but I always come back to Mr. Rooter plumbing. They have the best costumer service and their prices are the most reasonable I've found. They are upfront about options and costs. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing. They are a great company.

I have had at least six plumbers come out and try to diagnose my low water, pressure and faucets that weren’t actually working. David came out. I spent a little over two hours and resolved every single issue I’ve had for the last four years. He was very professional he was Personable knowledgeable about his craft and took Pride in his finished product. Highly highly recommend having him come to your home five stars are not enough

Prompt, professional, and efficient, the Mr. Rooter plumbing technician had our toilet repaired quickly. I also appreciated the complimentary inspection of all our sinks, toilets, and showers/tubs—even the water heater and water softener—as well as the helpful recommendations for maintenance and future repairs. Great service all around.
