Cut 4 new keys with no questions, no wait, and no complications. They all worked without any glitches, and were priced at 4 bucks each, with the 3rd key free. Three keys for 8 bucks, with no aggravation is a bargain in my book.
I was frustrated to start because I made one key through Minute Key and it didn't seem to work, while others made by the store employee did. However, I discovered that it did work if I didn't fully push the key into the lock. Wasn't expecting that, but happy to know that the system worked. It was slightly more expensive than having an employee use the store's machine, but there are times when you can't find someone to help you.
I’m very disappointed.I used your automatic kiosk on Sunday at Lowes in North Fort Myers Florida to have 3 keys made. When I returned home, NONE OF THE 3 worked. THe cost was $8.63 ! I intend to return to Lowes next week and seek a refund. What a waste of time and money! I should have gone to a local Ace Hardware Store where they make them by hand.
What can you say about a machine that makes your keys for you efficiently and correctly. Whole process tales only minutes and you're out of there. Cost was reasonable also.
Plain and simple the key does not work! I will be going back to Lowes to get my money refunded.
