Great service and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed fault was nsf lower suspension arm after taking my car out for a quick drive. Put onto the ramps just to confirm that was the fault on16/04. Tony said he would call with the price for parts and labour later in the day. He called and said could fit me in on Monday morning 20/04. Everything was fixed in 1.5 hours.. very reasonably priced. Thanks again Tony I will be taking my car to MERK solutions from now on. Whether for service or repairs..
Dropped everything to quickly look at a radar fault I had on a sprinter. Had all the right gear to quickly get it recalibrated. Extremely well priced as well, an easy recommendation. (I said his number didn’t work and Tony said his landline is disconnected, he only uses his mobile, I’ve suggested an edit to Google maps to get it listed)
Never called back I had left my contact and purpose on voicemail like 3-4times.
Absolutely fantastic. Had my S class air suspension repaired within one day. Fabulous knowledge very well equipped to deal with any troubles you may have. I cannot recommend this garage enough for any Mercedes related issues.
