The home was spectacular. Everything was just as the photos were posted and advertised. It was clean and everything went very smooth. Our host was awesome and we could count on him responding when needed. We will totally rent it again.
Beautiful up to date unit (909). The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of linens, towels, coolers etc. management is so responsive especially when one chair broke and was replaced within an hour and an umbrella was destroyed by the wind and was also replaced immediately. The view as always was beautiful from the 9th floor. We would stay in this unit again. We’ve stayed elsewhere on Marco but the somerset surpasses other condos on Marco.
Our family really enjoys staying in 970 Lido Ct. The location, size and interior design suits us well. The management company makes the stay very easy with texts and the app. We have stayed here twice and will again in the future. It feels like home! We travel with out rnadult children and friends and being so close to the beach, we can walk over whenever we would like and do not have to worry about parking. The beach accessories and cruiser bikes are so great. We have zero complaints and that is the way we like it.
The service was great simple to reserve, check in and check out. The unit was perfect. There were no issues whatsoever. It was exactly as advertised. We will be back. I rented directly this time as prior I had used either Vrbo or Airbnb, but this time went directly with the management company and worked out wonderfully will do so again.
Really great spot for a family of four. Had all the essentials we needed. I wish the washer dryer was in the unit but it is available on the same floor. Otherwise, no issues, just a wonderful stay. Easy check in and out; right on the water. Gorgeous sunset views. Will return.
