We originally had reservations for a party of eight but needed to increase it to fourteen for a milestone birthday celebration. Thankfully, the restaurant was able to accommodate us with a later seating time, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the service throughout the evening felt underwhelming. While managing a large party can certainly be challenging, the overall atmosphere never felt especially warm or welcoming. Several managers passed by our table throughout the night, yet no one stopped to greet us or acknowledge the celebration, which made the experience feel impersonal. We also experienced a very long wait for food—close to an hour after ordering. We completely understand that larger groups may take longer, but there was little communication or updates from our server during the wait, which added to the frustration. Once the food finally arrived, the dishes themselves were enjoyable and well-prepared. Everything we tried tasted good. However, the pricing didn’t feel justified by the portions or overall experience. For example, the lobster pasta was over $50, yet the portion size was surprisingly small. We ended up ordering quite a bit for the table, but everyone was so hungry by the time the food arrived that I barely had a chance to take photos before the dishes disappeared. Overall, while the food was solid, the combination of service, communication, and value left us disappointed. Unfortunately, it’s not a place we’d return to.
Juan and the bar staff made my birthday truly unforgettable! They remembered me from an earlier reservation and went above and beyond—surprising me with not one, but two birthday cakes. They kindly accepted my hotel drink vouchers even as they were closing, and even brought my drink out to the lobby so I could enjoy it in my room. Amazing food, drinks, staff and management—thank you for making my birthday celebration so special!
Beautiful restaurant. The wait staff was very attentive and so nice. Juan was an amazing server. Helping us thru the menu. The oysters are probably some of the best I've ever had. And the big eye tuna pizza was a surprise of the night. I will be back
Wandered in with a group of 4 on a Thursday early evening with pickleball matches occurring in the street outside. Was able to get a table right away which began our smorgasbord feast of sushi, raw oysters, crispy potatoes, and cheesy asparagus. We tried the special sushi rolls of the day as well as some regular sushi rolls from the main menu. The food was good, service was perfect, and the vibe was low key & chill with the occasional pickleballer running in after a runaway ball HAHA!
Good food - their scallop and octopus dish was really good. We also really liked the drinks - both cocktail and mocktail. Our waitress was really sweet and checked on us when we had issues with excessive salt in one dish. The decor is beautiful and modern but does not give romantic or celebratory. The vibes were confusing as there were large TVs with sports playing on them like you would see in a Sports bar. The restaurant had a corporate vibe to it which threw us off. I would not recommend this restaurant for a celebratory meal or romantic date. You could go here for a happy hour with your co-workers.
