Quality, value and price! I got quotes from 5 plumbing companies to replace my 25-year old water heater. Leak Geeks was the lowest price. They also have the greatest value. Their warranty covers both parts and labor for the entire term. Only one other company offered that but at a slight premium. Other companies typically offer only 1 year of labor. Spencer did a fantastic job. This is my first time to use a plumber, and I know who I will call from here on out. Great job Spencer and Leak Geeks!
Spencer from Leak Geeks is great. We had an issue with our new AC drip line (blocked) and he quickly diagnosed the issue. While on site, we discussed our 20 year old water heater. He gave us a great price and had one brought to the house within an hour. The repair of the drip line as well as the new water heater were completed within 5 hours of me calling for an appointment. Great service and experience - looking forward to using Leak Geeks for any future plumbing needs!
We had a great experience with Leak Geeks! They arrived on time, were professional and courteous from start to finish, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The clog turned out to be more than 15 feet down the main drain line, but they located it and had everything cleared in just 30–45 minutes. They explained what they found, solved the problem efficiently, and left everything clean. I highly recommend Leak Geeks for anyone needing fast, reliable plumbing service!
Excellent service! We called with a non-emergency issue with a toilet leaking from the bottom and a shower faucet handle that was leaking. Leak Geeks were able to send someone the same day! They diagnosed and replaced the toilet flange and o-ring in the shower handle quickly and with no mess! The price was quoted under several contingencies prior to starting, then solidified when they knew the exact issues. The prices for any possibility were very, very reasonable. We were comfortable with the costs even in the worst case scenario (thankfully it was not the worst case). We highly recommend Leak Geeks for their outstanding customer service! The care the repair team takes to keep your home clean while working on possibly messy plumbing is top notch. Thank you, Leaking Geeks, for taking such good care of us so quickly!
