I had a great experience with Hurricane Air. From Josh to Marco and his team, everyone was outstanding-thorough, polite, timely, and efficient throughout the entire process. They were professional, easy to work with, and clearly take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.
After getting a very expensive quote from another AC company, I decided to get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. I remembered receiving a call from Hurricane Air of SWFL about maintenance the day before, but I had already scheduled with another company. After seeing that quote, I gave them a call. Joey came out, thoroughly inspected my AC system, and quickly found the real issue. The other company charged me quite a bit just to check the unit and add some Freon, but Joey was able to actually fix the problem. He replaced two parts and had everything running properly again, all for about the same price the other company wanted to charge me. I want to give a huge shout-out to Joey. He is a true professional, honest, knowledgeable, and clearly knows his trade inside and out. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about doing the job right, and Joey exceeded my expectations. From now on, whenever I need anything related to my AC, Joey will be my go-to guy. Highly recommend Hurricane Air of SWFL!
Tech dressed as a salesperson. They tried to sell me a bunch of repairs and services I don't need. My friend ran an HVAC for 20 years and when I described what the tech was saying and recommending, she said it was a typical high-pressure sales tactic. They were only there for maintenance, and they didn't even hose off the outside coils! Total shark. And then today when I went around to look at the air conditioning, she left a panel off and there's no screws to be found. So I had to shove it on there. What if I have to duct tape it now? Unreal...
Had a service appointment today with Ro (Arroyo). Hurricane Air never lets us down. An absolute sweet young kid who was very professional and did a bang up job getting the work done and explaining everything after the fact. Thanks, Ro, it was great to meet you!
Just purchased my home and of course my Air conditioning went down. Asked around and everyone said call Hurricane Air. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. FIX MY AIR!!! It’s back and I feel good again. I also love my new air quality device. The owner Chris called me to make sure all went well and man I just appreciate even that small gesture. 100% recommend!
