HOC took out and replaced carpeting in my bedrooms. They were very responsive and professional from start to finish. Pricing was very competitive and reasonable. The job was done quickly after finalizing the carpet brand and colors. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get carpeting installed.

Since I was out of the country, Adam personally helped with color selection, provided clear and consistent communication, and even went to my residence to color match with samples. Their professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process completely worry-free. The installation was completed ahead of schedule, and the finished result looks absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend House of Carpets without hesitation!
We recently had carpet in three bedrooms replaced, from start to finish the process was very professional. Rich, the office manager, was very knowledgeable about their products and lined us up with a great product. The installation was very good; they have terrific installers. Owners, Linn and Adam, are a very nice couple and obviously run a great business. We highly recommend using their business for all your flooring needs!
I have used House of Carpets for my floors four times over the years. The prices are fair and the installers are excellent. They are efficient and always very neat. Adam is a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. I recommend them above anyone else.
First of all, Rich has the patience of a saint! It took me so many samples before I was able to decide on "just the right one". Once I decided, the installation was withing two weeks and it was perfect. Every morning when I get up and step on my beautiful carpet, I am so happy with the way it looks and feels. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, Rich gave me a better price than anyone else!
