If you're looking for kitchen cabinets or anything home improvement related, come to this store and ask for Bruce. You will not be disappointed. I walked in not knowing what or how to buy cabinets, but I knew what I wanted. Bruce helped me right away. He worked up a diagram of my kitchen from the measurements I gave him. He then put together a full image of my kitchen with the style cabinets I wanted. I chose the unlisted RTA cabinets, because I want to do the color/stain myself. This saved me thousands. No exaggeration! I saved at a minimum 3 grand. Every single employee was so helpful. No pressure to buy, just super helpful and kind.
We came in looking for barn doors to hang in our bedroom and ended up needing to exchange one of the doors. Scott made the whole process quick and hassle-free. He switched them out for us with no inconvenience at all and got us back on our way fast. Great customer service!
I can't say enough about Scott and the team at Home Outlet. Scott patiently worked with me through multiple cabinet design and re-design configurations, ideas, etc. across numerous meetings to ensure I was completely confident and satisfied with what we put together. Never pressuring me to move forward with something and always offering helpful information when I was stuck on a particular decision. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend!
We purchased countertops that had a minor flaw that wouldn’t be detected until the countertops were put together. Scott and (Rocky) went above and beyond to make it right, considering we had already paid the contractor to install them. They are so fair and great to do business with.
Came into the store today looking for materials to redesign my kitchen. The staff was very helpful and the general manner Scott helped me draw a design after showing me many cabinet choices . I felt comfortable and was given many design options. After going to Lowe’s and Home Depot it was nice to be paid attention to. Good job Home Outlet you guys are awesome.
