Im very grateful to everyone at High-End Impact Windows and doors, especially Rich, Joshua and Rod for the marvelous job they did installing the windows on my patio. From start to finish, I was in excellent hands. All I had to do was just sit back while they did their thing, from measurement, pulling permit and installation. I have recommended them to two of my neighbors who asked me about my windows. My condo is on the third floor and located beside a very busyand noisy thoroughfare. Since my enclosure, it's so peaceful - no more noisy traffic. And the icing on the cake - my great grandkids love their play area. Thank you High-End Impact Windows & Doors for an amazing job and setting my mind at peace whenever there's a threat of storms and/or hurricanes.

High End Impact Windows and Doors installed new sliding glass doors for us 4 years ago. They did an amazing job! The quality of the doors was great. Our condo is much quieter now and our power bill has decreased. Their installation process and team were terrific and the permitting was completed without a problem. Even the inspector was complimentary.

I researched the window & door companies in Florida and found that High End offered the best engineered product while making the aesthetics and appearance of their products a primary objective. Rod Wilhelm scheduled the project to take advantage of an opening in their schedule, while accommodating our availability and provided excellent communication and coordination. The documentation submitted to the building department was thorough and extensive. The approval process was executed flawlessly. Martin led the installation crew. The installers were timely, very respectful of my apartment and possessions and neat. Extensive protection was installed before the install began. The cleanup was first rate. I am an Architect practicing in Florida and this was a project for my own apartment. I have worked with many contractors, and High End is one of the finest and most professional contractors I have worked with. Their excellent service starts with accurate quotes, thorough engineering, accurate investigation of site conditions, great front office and a very experienced installation crew. The final building department signoff and warranty information was a very comprehensive and complete package that also included maintenance instructions
