Dr. Yoshida saved me from horrendous back pain in 2020 with her fantastic care & incredible chiropractic skill. As I was reviewing VSC in Phoenix, AZ for helping my back on this moto trip, I realized I don’t have a google review for my TRUSTED chiropractor, Dr. Yoshida, in Pasadena, CA at Health Advantage Physical Medicine. I’ve been seeing Dr. Yoshida every year since 2020. She keeps my back from getting worse & helps my back & neck issues that I developed over the years before meeting her. She helps my TMJ & aligns jaw too! I’m a clencher & motorcycle rider so I need routine chiro maintenance. , I’m 3 months behind on getting an adjustment from Yoshida. So I had to visit an Arizona chiro while on this motorcycle trip. I’ll definitely see Yoshida soon when I return home. My bad for not making an appointment sooner to maintain my back health with Dr. Yoshida. It’s 2026 and I only have a photo from 2020 during mask mandate protocols. I’m eternally grateful for Dr. Yoshida’s care & expertise. Friendly staff and Yoshida is my local SoCal trusted chiropractor. 5 stars! 2026 & I still highly recommend Dr. Yoshida & the whole team at Health Advantage. Here’s a pasted copy of my 2020 review from another site: I came to Dr. Yoshida with extreme back pain which kept me from sleeping at night. I had misaligned my spine from a mishap. But also I finally was listening to my body. My spine and back muscles were getting locked up and developing a humpback after years of working long hours at a computer along with being a sport bike rider. I am so grateful for the care I'm getting from Dr. Yoshida and the staff at Health Advantage Physical Medicine. They have a medical nurse on site and Dr. Yoshida can do a full diagnosis with blood work, give you nutrition information they have physical therapy there and more. Dr. Yoshida has been giving me back and neck adjustments along with working on my TMJ. I walked into her office as a total tight muscled, restricted body movement, mess of a person in pain. After the first treatment I was able to sleep through the night. Everything is improving! I authorized Dr. Yoshida to view my x-rays and I feel confident by her diagnosis vs. just reading 1 sentence from a radiologist tech. She went over my x-rays with me, then explained and showed me the issue with my vertebrae. Dr. Yoshida was able to get my vertebrae moving again and in the correct posture positions. I can't express how grateful I am for her incredible care. In the past l've been fearful for neck adjustments and her technique is great. I completely trust her. I highly recommend Health Advantage Physical Medicine. The entire staff is friendly and will take excellent care of you.

I have been coming here since last year, 2025, for acupuncture after I had a fall and injured my back. From the moment I walk in until the end of my appointment, the team does an amazing job. Lisa, my acupuncture specialist, is the best. She always listens carefully and provides the best care. My appointments here feel like my weekly reset, and I always have the best experience. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

Im so glad my UHC provider referred Health Advantage for my neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Brianna for taking me in and setting up all my chiro visits. Another huge thank you to Dennis for taking care of my neck issue. First time experiencing my neck being cracked 🤣 It felt so good! Rest of the staff are amazing as well. Place is great and clean. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lisa at Health Advantage Physical Medicine is wonderful. I came in for pain and injury recovery, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. Her technique is so gentle I barely felt a thing, and it genuinely helped my recovery. Highly recommend her for anyone nervous about trying acupuncture.
