Dropped off two coats last Thursday at the Hawaii Kai location, was told that i could pick up this past tuesday. I show up and they said it's not ready so they'll call me back. I never got a call. I've had to call them several times when they said they'll give me a call. I come back to the store day and they told me that my coats got sent to the hotels and that they're trying to find it. I am outraged. They said I can file a claim with receipts if the coats are over $100. Who the heck has all the receipts to the clothes that they buy?! I bought these coats in Italy. I better get my coats back. This is really suspicious. The customer service is terrible as well.
They are the best. The staff are super and friendly and the service is quick and pleasant. The cleaning is always done right. Although I usually don't have special fabrics with funky stains on them. The prices are reasonable given their level of service. I go there almost every week or every other week and I never have any complaints. They have frequent flyer cards there so when you have dry cleaned enough times there you get a free cleaning. The place is clean and inviting and cool too. All the ladies there work hard and have smiles at the ready.
Nice, clean place with great staff. I needed my dress blues done the next day but a computer issue made it impossible so I got it the day after and they comped my bill for free. I'd definitely recommend it and come again. Thanks!
