Excellent service and attention to detail! My clothes are always returned spotless, neatly pressed, and well packaged. They handle every item with care and respect. The staff is professional and friendly, and orders are completed on time. I’m very satisfied and will continue using their service.
Dropped off two coats last Thursday at the Hawaii Kai location, was told that i could pick up this past tuesday. I show up and they said it's not ready so they'll call me back. I never got a call. I've had to call them several times when they said they'll give me a call. I come back to the store day and they told me that my coats got sent to the hotels and that they're trying to find it. I am outraged. They said I can file a claim with receipts if the coats are over $100. Who the heck has all the receipts to the clothes that they buy?! I bought these coats in Italy. I better get my coats back. This is really suspicious. The customer service is terrible as well.
Locker system is awesome. Brandon helped me set up my account and it is stupid easy. Drop off your stuff. Put payment method on file, wait for the email. And pricing is very reasonable especially if you drop off at the puuhale location.
Did our laundry as one day service. Came back clean and folded nice. Not cheap but worth the money for our convenience.
