Visiting from Charleston and decided to see this VA, while vacationing in Greenville. I’m considering a future move to the Greenville area, and visited this clinic with optimism. First thing I noticed, was how easily it was to get to here, and with no traffic. The second thing I noticed, there was so much parking available. I parked right up front. The third thing I noticed, was how clean the grounds were and once I went inside, I was immediately greeted by the front desk personnel. I told them that I didn’t have an appointment and came to see this facility and that I was visiting from Charleston. The lobby was quite big and I asked if I could be seated and read over the Boucher I was given. The Lobby was very clean and beautifully decorated and I’ll post a few pictures. The lobby was very quiet and not busy whatsoever. The gentleman answered all my questions. I enjoyed this visit and was very impressed and pleased.
The VA has become a better place, but there is still a lot of bureaucracy. However, that being said, the staff there is a lot more friendly than they ever have been
Very pleasant people working there. Always willing to help. This is our second time visiting them. We live in NH. The first time we came here to visit my dadand had to get some medication for my husband within minutes we had his medication he needed. Took them a few moments to add him into there system. This second time my husband was dealing with severe tooth pain from a broken tooth. We took advantage of there walk in clinic and within minutes the dentist put in a temporary filling until je is able to get home and have it taken care of.
I've heard others complain about the VA. I've been going to the Greenville Clinic for over twenty years (even before it moved to it's current location). Thay have always been upbeat, friendly, courteous and professional. I have had excellent treatment by the doctors, audiology, and opthamogy. I have no complaints and will confusing their services as long as I can.
Always lots of people in this location, in Greenville, SC. I take my neighbor, to his appointments. I am not totally satisfied with the way, they make it somewhat hard, to navigate their system, for appts, or basically anything. I guess they do, the best they can. I'm glad I'm not a patient, but I do wish, they had an easier way, to help the veterans get better help, navigating their system.
