Gibson Air Conditioning, LLC. was highly recommended from our friend. We have found our new favorite a/c company. Tim was very prompt, professional, kind and knowledgeable. We live in a new built that is only 4 years old. Since moving in our new a/c unit has had nothing but issues. This company is the third company we have had out trying to figure out why we keep experiencing our a/c unit going out. The a/c unit is constantly going out and it seems like it is the weekend. I contacted Gibson Air Conditioning on a Sunday and they came out within two hours of the call. We were so thankful they were able to come out on a Sunday and so quickly. Plus they were able to fix our issue and get the a/c unit running. Bonus their prices are very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend this company and will be using this for future a/c system needs.
I’m very grateful to have found this trustworthy company to resolve my AC issues. From the initial call the customer service was exceptional and I was able to receive same day service. The technician Don was extremely knowledgeable and upfront while troubleshooting a solution that didn’t require replacing my eleven year old unit. So far it’s running well and he’ll follow up within a couple of weeks.
This is by far the best A/C HVAC company I have ever experienced during my 16 years in South Florida. On a 1-10 scale I would rate them a 12 or higher. Truly exceptional in every way: Integrity, Quality Service, Installation, Maintenance, etc. , all at a cost considerably below what others charge. In my experience, NO ONE COMPARES WITH GIBSON AIR!
