Lechon with Tomato and Onion Salad and Garlic Chicken Mix Plate from Giailex Kitchen Food Truck located right across Aloha Shoyu Warehouse in Pearl City Industrial Park. Love the Lechon tossed in a delicious sauce with Tomatoes and Onions with a hint of Cilantro and the Garlic Chicken cut up into smaller pieces which makes it nice and crunchy and easier to eat. Love this hidden gem tucked in the heart of Pearl City Industrial Park. Love his selection of menu items and you can even order Breakfast as well during lunch hours. Please be patient because it’s a one man show here . If you want you can call your order in ahead of time but just give him time. In the end you will be very satisfied.
