Another great job from this firm. Always a reasonable price, great service, excellent workmanship, came on time as promised. Very pleasant to deal with. Used them 6 times and will continue to use definitely for any future projects. Very very satisfied with a 10 out of 10 rating!

Would not recommend. Reached out to them in March to have several screens created and installed. Came out within a couple days to provide a quote and then never completed the job. Claimed to have called to install the screens yet there were no missed calls. Promised to provide a new date to complete the work, never replied and despite me following up - nothing. If you're too busy or don't want to do the job then just say it. I went with another vendor who did a great job - I would recommend you pursue alternatives as well. Vendor claims to have said he would reschedule at his leisure - our email correspondence would prove otherwise including my additional follow up which went without a response.

This was one of the worst professional experiences I have ever had. Tony seemed nice and appeared genuinely to want my business. He gave me a quote, which I accepted. Then he never showed. I contacted him and asked if there had been a problem. I never heard back. It was like he had dropped off the face of the earth. I had recommended him to my condo association to be put on the list of approved vendors, but reports started to come through from neighbors that he had been greedy in his estimates as well as unreliable. Many gave up on waiting for him and went elsewhere. After all the complaints, he has been removed from our recommendations.

Gene Gene the Screen Machine (aka Anthony Krolczyk) took a $150 deposit a year ago and never showed up to do the work. He has failed to respond to my queries for the last five months and has ignored my request to return the deposit. I would not risk doing business with him. During this time he made 3 separate "firm" appointments but never showed up, claiming either lack of materials or lack of help in each case. Strongly recommend against.

We paid a 200 deposit in October to be added to an 8 to 10 week wait list. After following up every couple of weeks we were finally given a date in January. Day before the apt. he said he was behind and it would be the following week. Then a few days later an email was sent stating due to labor shortages he was shutting down for a few weeks or for however long it would take. We have requested by email and phone calls and texts for our deposit back and have not received any response. Do not use this company if you actual want the work done and do not want to lose your deposit.
