You will not find a better small business customer service experience for flooring! From start to finish Alisha was available to help with questions and provide all the necessary information. I never felt rushed or pressured and prices were extremely fair. I am absolutely in love with the finished product.
There are very few contractors in the area that provide this level of service, professionalism, and are priced right. Alisha was an absolute pleasure from her initial onsite visit to measure and provide an accurate quote. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding for LVP would work best in our home. Jack is awesome and their team of installers are prompt, polite, and professional. We were getting quotes from competitors trying to sell us inferior flooring for higher costs and longer estimation times for completion. Flooring Queen is the very definition of a family owned/run business, and we have already recommended family that just had their floors done and very happy with their floors as well. Excellent advice and attention to detail. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained. Pricing and quality of work will not be beat. We felt more comfortable with The Flooring Queen than we did with the larger flooring companies in the area. You will not be disappointed!
