I had such a wonderful experience with Alondra! She was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The environment in the salon was very clean and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly. Alondra did an amazing job on my hair — I absolutely love how it turned out, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop! I couldn’t be happier with the results and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist.

I was referred to Dani by a very good friend. I am very picky and selective with hair stylists and hair products. Since the first time i went to Fantastic Sam’s I had a very good experience. I was a bit hesitant at first, but Dani did such a great job with the hair treatment and style she gave me that I loved it! Dani is an experienced and professional hair stylist that I highly recommend. I am getting lots of compliments about my hair. Also, the salon is very neat and clean and everyone is nice and professional.

Opted for Permanent Hair Straightening, which costs alot for partial length, and was promised that the end results from the salon will be the same when at home (after washing) but my hair is still curly after a 1st wash, which is after a 2nd treatment was done (as the 1st treatment done had the original curliness after just 1 wash, I reluctantly gave a benefit of doubt since they wanted to find out if a stronger product can help). Was told to use the products they gave, after treatment is done and after a wash at home, to use the keratin mist and silk infusion, which I did, I didn't use any other products or hair accessories after the treatment was done, but my hair was still just abit less curly or turned out dent-wavy after using the silk and mist (after a wash & airdry). Which is actually not satisfactory in terms of Permanent Hair Straightening. I placed alot of trust and hope that my hair would be Permanently Straightened, which is not after 2 treatments done. What's the point of a high price point for Permanent hair Straightening treatment at the salon when the hair don't actually stay straight permanently and I'd have to use 4 products which 2 (silk & mist) & plus my own tool, as aftercare which is alot of work to be done just to make the treated hair as less curly as possible? Was told that "with this system, i'd have to do this & that". Was also told by the manager that "no, it won't happen" after I asked what if it goes back to curly, after the 2nd treatment was done. I guess it's an empty patronizing promise. I don't deny the fact that the staff are nice, which by profession they are supposed to be, but it doesn't really comfort a customer like me who requires a service out of the norm (not cut, color or perm) to tell me information that sounded defensive, when the actual treatment product used is not right, or believed to be right, after seeing how my hair turns out, (seems like my hair is at fault) that I have to be the one to continue maintaining my hair after it is "Straightened" at the salon, like the same for a Perm. Which I also said that if the silk & mist can help "straighten" the hair, whats the point of me doing the treatment, when I can just buy those 2 products. I did not have to do any much aftercare except for a quick hair serum for my previous Permanent hair Straightening treatments done over the years (other non FS salon), and the Straightened hair does not rely on any other aftercare products to make it look straight. But with this "system", the treatment is not only expensive for partial length (cos my lower half of hair is already straight from previous treatments), it is not permanent as stated on booking portal. (or that I'm the one to permanently Straighten my hair with their shampoo, conditioner treatment, silk & mist products. I'm already washing my hair as carefully & straight flowing as possible) When waking up from sleep, the hair goes curly again. I'd have to put the silk/ mist & comb straight every single time it dries out. Not something id want to waste my time doing after spending so much. There should be transparency information in the booking such as "this Permanent hair Straightening is not for all hair, the effects may vary for different types of curliness & aftercare products may or may not achieve the desired look or may not be long lasting" etc, so that customers like me would not dare spend so much on something that doesn't promise but it's only said after the treatment didn't work. I feel like a lab rat. A partial refund would be appreciated, & even if any refund were to happen, it just doesn't comfort me (or any other customers) that such treatments can be misleading, which i wonder other type of hair treatments can also be misleading despite them having a somewhat stable customer base. This is for the benefit of people who are looking for Long lasting, Permanent Hair Straightening and who don't have time to do many steps of aftercare, to look elsewhere. -FR

My prior hairdresser moved away and it had been 3 years since I had my hair cut and four since a Keratin treatment. I am so glad my randomly made appointment has found my new stylist! Everything was great from walking in to leaving. My hair looks amazing, I feel confident again and super happy. Pricing was also very reasonable! Mirna, my stylist, is a magician! Thank you so much!

I have naturally wavy and let’s face it, with the Florida humidity, very frizzy hair. Alondra is amazing! She cut, colored, and put highlights in my hair. She takes so much pride in her work and she’s very precise in what she does. She educated me about some of their new products. especially the hair mask and the humidity control spray that help reduce the frizz. I’ve been using them and they work like magic. I would highly Recommend her to everyone.
