We had a pleasant experience working with Family First Events and Rentals and will be using them again for future events! The service was great from their team. They were easy to reach to get things organized with just 5 days notice from us. They were timely, set up everything, and came back for take down. Overall, just great and reliable. We rented the monster truck bounce house/water slide combo for my 5 year old nephew’s birthday and it amazing, a huge party hit! It was huge and the kids had so much fun in the bounce house and water slide!
We loved our experience with Family First Events and Rentals. The water slide we rented was well-kept and looked brand new. They installed the water slide, plugged it into the power supply and attached the water supply. All we had to do was tell them where to setup and turn on the hose! We rented our water slide for 24 hours but because of their delivery and pick up schedule, we actually got so much more time with it (and of course my kids loved that). We will definitely rent from them again in the future.

Great and friendly service, very attentive to safety and satisfaction, making sure they were able to help even with weather concerns during our event. Communication with them was fast and easy throughout the entire planning period. The bounce house was clean and in great condition, even better than expected honestly. I will definitely be using them for our future events and celebrations!
We used Family Firsts Events and Rentals for a high school event and they were wonderful! We rented tents, tables, chairs, games, cotton candy machines, and 4 different inflatables. Communication was great. Delivery, setup, and pickup were done as scheduled and in a timely manner. We are very happy and will be return customers!
