I’ve had wonderful experiences at this salon. As you walk in you’re met with a friendly face and a clean sleek environment. Aisha has always created not only a very relaxing appointment, but purposeful and educated. Aisha provides me with the knowledge and comfort I need to fully relax into a rejuvenating facial. I’ve overheard her taking time to walk other clients through products, face care steps and even going as far as recommending products to better serve your skincare goals. I’ve left every time feeling well taken care of, moisturized, and excited for my next appointment.

The place is pretty, clean and has great lighting! Staff is friendly , nice music plays while you’re getting your facial. I had the glow facial with added dermaplaning. I think they offer great pricing and I enjoyed my service with Maria who was kind and answered all of my questions. It’s not spa relax vibes it’s more med spa vibes for getting your facial done at any time of the day! Would come back 😊

This review does not reflect my actual facial. My facial with Heather was amazing, she’s very knowledgeable and attentive. I actually switched from the Estero location to the Naples location because I liked her facials so much. 5 stars for the actual facial. What gets the 2 stars is the customer experience. I had an appointment last Saturday at 3pm. I got a text stating the Naples car show was happening and to plan accordingly for parking. I left my place an hour early to allow myself time for parking, but found a spot right away. I got to the appointment about 15min early and checked myself in. Heather greeted me, and another girl walked in shortly after. Heather and the girl spoke, and advised she was going to take her before my appointment since I was 15min early. No problem. What I had a problem with was I wasn’t seen until 3:15pm. The girls appointment was for Sunday, but because she had a blind date, she took precedence over my appointment. I received no apology for being taken late, just an explanation that she had to get her brows done because she had a blind date. I had to text my friend advising I would be late to dog sit for her because I was taken late, and if I had walked out I’m sure I would’ve been charged the 50% for a late cancellation. I’m a monthly member and I just don’t really love the way it was handled. I will be back, and I hope this was just a one off experience.

I really enjoyed my experience! I’ve been to a few different Face Foundriē locations, and Elena is one of my favorites. She was the first esty who made skincare feel truly approachable. She took her time, never rushed me, and was so thoughtful when answering my questions about products and how they work together. The best part is that she actually recommended a product that worked for my skin! I often try things that don’t make much of a difference, but this one really did. I’m excited to keep seeing Elena, and if you’re in the area—whether you live here, are here seasonally, or just passing through—I’d highly recommend visiting her!

Great sculpt facial with Aisha! She was very professional, took her time with my experience and explained each step of my process. Highly recommend:)
