Lost a star only because of price, but that being said I would go again. We had Lamb and rosemary pie which reminded me of Sunday roast when I was a kid, and a lamb roast was all you could afford. Pastry was excellent. A lot of choices made it hard to decide. Another 1st world problem. :-)

Today I attended to grab some lunch as the food here is so bloody delicious... when I walked in there were two people being served so I waited as most people do. As they completed their transaction a guy walked in and walked to the fridge to get a salad roll. As I walked forward to provide my order he stepped past me to get served...apparently his time is more important than mine. I drive 20 ks each way to attend this bakery. He twigged and turned to see if I was before him which I said I was and stepped forward to get served as I was giving my order the person behind the counter passed the eftpos terminal across the pie warmer to complete the sale for the salad roll..it took all my effort to not turn and walk out the door. A salad roll almost cost a $40 order... next time it will. I get you encourage efficiency in staff but never at the expense of customer service for all customers...first and last chance and each time the order is between $30 and $50 due to the food being so good....please do better

I had the chicken, bacon and mushroom pie, beautiful flavour with nice pastry, I could smell the coffee when I parked my car. Pity I don’t drink it but my friend said it was as good as it smelled
