No one wants to help!!! I'm being invaded by termites!!! Please see video, this is just the bathroom, we have the same in the kitchen, last night they were live and swarming in the bedroom. We have a contract with them and I have been waiting on a call back after my 4 calls, 1 email, and 1 text requesting help with the termite infestation. I was given an appointment for next week, which is not helpful since the unit is unhabitable. I requested to speak with someone today for some instructions as to what to do, no one got back to me. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I’ll keep you posted, see if anyone ever calls me.

Why do they have 5 stars? I have no idea, but based on my experience, I would give them no stars, but I can’t, therefore they are getting a 1. We have been paying them yearly for a service they do not provide, I just learned from one of his technicians that they don’t service you unless you call them. Well, I did, because I am seeing signs of termites on windows, storage space and door frame, and the technician told me that that’s not termites, that what I’m seeing is part of the wood, I confronted him with pictures I found on the internet (they looked exactly like my situation) and the guy still told that he has 30 years of experience on the field, and that he has never had an issue, he even recommended me to paint over it and that “whatever was there would die”. Obviously, I called the company (about 3 or 4 times after that encounter) and I’m yet to receive a call from a supervisor/manager, needless to say, another technician to service the house, oh, but wait, a salesperson showed up to give me a quote to put a tent and insolation. I called 3 other company’s to get quotes from because I am not paying them another year for a service they do not care to provide.
