**UPDATE** Cancelled service because my lawn looks awful and I kept getting excuses. I tried working with them on a solution, but was not treated as a valued customer. We had Dr. Jack's in the past, but when we moved they weren't servicing our area. We went with EPLS first and they killed our new sod. Then we went with Massey and they killed the replacement sod...twice. After three years of paying companies to kill our grass, I spotted a Dr. Jack's truck in my neighborhood and called. It has been so refreshing to be back with such a great company! CRAIG is taking care of our new lawn and he is AMAZING! He has been with the company for 18 years and is extremely knowledgeable. He always communicates with us and is very friendly/professional. We are looked forward to no longer stressing over our grass anymore! Thank you, CRAIG and Dr. Jack's!

I have tried for many years - and many companies - to find a lawn care service that was both reputable and responsive. Someone who could and would work with me on the lawn issues. FINALLY I have found one! Dr. Jack's Lawn Care. From the first call, through to meeting our tech, it has been seamless. Angel is not only knowledgeable, but so responsive and friendly. I do not have to ask twice. That is a big deal. I can't say enough about this company.

They billed me but service was not rendered. If you don’t call to confirm they lack any and all professional integrity to follow up with you when the service month was missed. I find the company to be dishonest! Wonderful and thanks for the update. Please make sure that my account is closed out and terminated in a timely manner. I do not wish to billed or be your customer again! Sincerely,

Could not recommend this company more. My tech Jeff, also the person who came out to provide the quote which I absolutely love, does an amazing job. The difference in my yard in just 3 months os absolutely amazing. I have neighbors already asking me who i use (new build community). Cannot recommend this company more for the monthly service and attention to detail for YOUR yard, not just some standard mix that is created before even looking at your yard and your area. Highly satisfied. Attached are before photos from February 29th, and after from May 12th.

Craig with Dr. Jack's services our lawn. He is very professional and thorough. He takes his time and walks the entire lawn as he applies products. Very impressed. He notifies us before he enters the yard and he has also removed all dog toys first. (I am sorry we did not get out there first to do that!)
