We had Dickson Roofing replace our old leaking roof this past fall. I found Dickson roofing through a referral. From the moment the President and his assistant came through our front door carrying a gift of Doughnuts, we knew that this was a company that understood customer service. Their front office staff and the workers was courteous and efficient. The level of communication every step of the way was impressive. Dickson roofing even had a project manager onsite making sure there was no debris on our lawn, driveway, or in our landscaping. Their quality of work was outstanding. Dickson roofing completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dickson roofing.

Joe Russo and his team were amazing. They greeted us at our commercial site and immediately set up a drone to evaluate out situation. Within a few days they quoted, replaced/installed a new roof which involved multiple layers of roofing material. They sent photos of the completed installation which gave us peace of mind even though we were miles away in NJ. We are now discussing replacing our residential roof as we feel we will be in the best of hands. Attention to details matter -- Dickson Roofing gets it.

I live in a development that was built 15 years ago and we are starting the process of evaluating our upcoming need for new roof systems. I and others meet/discussed our needs with Jeremy Braat. We all were very impressed with Jeremy and his knowledge of roof replacement and the capabilities of Dickson Roofing. We came away with a much better understanding of the whole process and look forward to possibly teaming up with Dickson Roofing.

A few years ago Les Dickson convinced us to install a metal roof. It fit the house, and the finished product looked great. I spoke with Les after hurricane Ian about inspecting the roof. He came out two days later and, as he said on the phone, there was NO damage. He said maybe in forty more years! Responsive and professional!
