Hollywood is very friendly and made my shis tzu comfortable before I left. My pup was there for 1 1/2 hours. He was calm when I picked him up. The price was about normal what I would pay at home,reasonable for Naples. The one thing I noticed he did not have a nice scent on his coat when I picked him up.
Antoinette was amazing with my dog Sunny! She was so friendly and patient, and my anxious pup warmed up to her almost immediately which says a lot. Sunny came out looking great and I was really happy with the grooming overall. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Definitely recommend her!
Yesterday, my dog had a seizure in the middle of a grooming appointment. He is a senior dog and sometimes has seizures. Jessica quickly ran him to the nearest vet and called me. She stayed with us until she heard exactly what the vet had to say. Her quick thinking potentially saved my dog. Not only does she do an excellent job with Grooming, she genuinely cares about your dogs and cats. I tried to walk over and pay her for the work that she had done already on my dog, which was at least half of the Grooming, but she would not take any money. I cannot say enough good things about Jessica or this grooming salon. They do not have tons of dogs in there at one time, many times, as in this case with my dog, he was the only one in the Grooming salon that day. She will continue to be my Groomer for my younger dog because I know no matter what my dog is in good care when he is with Jessica.

We come from Chattanooga, TN to Diamond Dogs on Davis Blvd. We know she is loved there and they are always responsive. It is a calm and kind environment and she always comes out with a beautiful cut.
