Professional and knowledgeable technician showed up on time. Good communication and completed the job promptly. Fair pricing. I have used them before for clients houses and now for my own home. I will call them again for my hvac needs.
I am into my third year of doing business with this company and have always been pleased with the service. When I purchased our second floor "townhouse" unit, the cooling was terrible, even though it had been checked out by the sellers a/c company. Cool Air Pros discovered that a duct connection had come loose and return air was being sucked in from the attic! I had Cool Air Pros replace both a/c units (at a lower price and better unit) than a competing estimate. Unfortunately, the larger of the units had two manufacturing issues. The good news was that Cool Air Pros sent someone out within hours of contacting them (both times) and got it running. Since it was within the first year, there was no charge to me. Great prompt and friendly service!
Kool air Pros came in to do maintenance on my HVAC. Kevin was very knowledgeable very professional did the great job good communication.
I can understand why Cool Air Pros came highly recommended. Both Brandon and Kevin serviced my unit on two separate occasions. The first was to replace the condenser fan motor which Brandon determined was still under warranty! He was very polite on the phone and kept me updated on the progress as I was out of town. On the other occasion I called Cool Air and told Chris that my thermostat went dark for about 30 minutes. He suggested a few potential issues over the phone and that they would be available the following day to check it out. Kevin determined the issue immediately. Since I’m a seasonal resident I also requested Cool Air install a smart thermostat. I love it!! Lastly Kevin took the time to explain how proper maintenance is critical in FL (pretty different than the Midwest where I am from). He mentioned that Cool Air offers maintenance agreements and explained how they work. I felt no pressure from Kevin but I signed up for this service. It makes sense to be proactive! Kevin was thorough, highly knowledgeable and very polite. I would highly recommend Cool Air Pros!!
When our previous A/C and furnace had to be replaced, Cool Air came right out the day after we called them. Their service workers were polite, respectful and hardworking when they installed our new unit. We highly recommend this company. Update: We have been having regular biannual maintenance done by Cool Air Pros ever since they installed our AC unit in 2021. Kevin, the service technician, is very professional, polite, competent, and keeps our unit running smoothly. If you need a new A/C unit, consider purchasing it from them, and be sure to have it regularly serviced thereafter to ensure that it will continue to run well.
