I would like to say that I didn’t expect the blower motor to fail on the Lennox Heating And Cooling system, I purchased from you guys I’m not blaming you. Lenox has a good reputation. It was just a faulty part. I do want to say I appreciate your service man and your receptionist who initially took my calls and communicated with me throughout and the wrong motor came in stock. It was for the condenser outside not the blower my order for inside the unit, but the service man did track one down and came back the same day and repaired it. He’s a great guy. Hopefully you take good care of him and I would prefer to see him again when I do have my two maintenance inspections. I’d prefer him to come. He’s very knowledgeable and very good guy friendly again I appreciate you guys. Thank you for the service. It took three or four days, but it all worked out at the end. I am heading back to Wisconsin and the timing was perfect. Thank you. Feel free to call me if you’d like to talk about anything Nick Paulos
I was a loyal customer for three years on their semi-annual maintenance plan, which supposedly included priority dispatch and emergency service with no overtime rates. Unfortunately, when I actually had an emergency, they failed to honor what I was paying for. The Experience: Ignored Priority Status: My AC stopped blowing cold air at 8:30 PM with the house already at 80 degrees. Despite my service plan, I was told there were no emergency slots available and I had to wait until 4:00 PM the next day. Poor Communication: At 4:00 PM, the tech called with a 75-minute ETA. An hour and a half went by with no show and no contact. When I called the tech directly, he said the office had diverted him to an "emergency" in Palmetto but couldn't believe the office never notified me. Dishonest Dispatch: I immediately called the office to ask why my "priority dispatch" was being bypassed. After a 5-minute hold, the office miraculously told me the tech had already finished the Palmetto job and was on his way—a highly suspicious timeline. Unprofessional Technician: When he finally arrived at 6:15 PM, he spent his time complaining to my wife about being on his 9th job of the day and just wanting to go home to his family. While the actual repair was quick and reasonably priced once they showed up, I have canceled my service agreement. Conditioned Air failed to provide timely service, failed to honor their advertised priority dispatch, and sent an unprofessional technician. Their maintenance fee is significantly higher than other reputable local companies, yet they absolutely do not deliver the promised value of their service agreements. I highly recommend shopping around.
A 90 degree day in SWFL and discovered thermostat offline and AC not working at 6:30 pm. I was able to get thermostat back online by throwing breaker off then turning it back on. AC was working but not cooling efficiently. Called Conditoned Air and was able to get an appt the next day. Marcus came out, listened to what happened and new exactly the problem, even tho the drain outside was dripping water it had a clog in the line that was backing it up inside and the float was shutting the ac down. He let me follow him to see exactly what he was doing and he explained how I could check the unit every month to prevent backups in the hot humid conditions of Florida. I really appreciated Marcus taking the time to instruct me how to better maintain the unit. He even went back to our maintenance records of a few months back to make sure maintenance was properly done and he showed me the pictures! Very thorough job. Marcus impressed me so much that I will ask for him every time! Love Conditioned Air and how fast they come out. There might be cheaper companies but I can count on Conditioned Air to be here quickly and that is important during the summer heat in SWFL!
I recently had service on my condo unit and was told that my unit was out of freion. I was charged $ 500 for 5 pounds. I also paid 2 hours of weekend rate, which I don't have problem with. The technician was more interested in selling me a new unit than really explaining what went wrong. I was skeptical of this price, so I called another AC company. The new company found no evidence of any freon leak at. They found that I had a bad capacitator, which probably caused the problem in the beginning. He told me they never put any freion in the unit. I basically got ripped off. It's unfortunate. You have to do business like this. I will never use you again. And I will talk negatively about you to anybody that asks.
Just under 2 years ago $14,000. Was spent on a new unit that was supposed to be the very best. But we have had multiple time the air stop working even having maintenance done every 6 months. Several technicians have come. But only Brendan Fernandez who is very knowledgeable cared enough to find out the core of the problem. Finally I’m hoping it keeps working. But I realize that having the best not just knowledgeable but one who takes honest pride in his work. Makes all the difference. As property manager for the Fitzgerald’s from now on I will only request Brendan Fernandez as a technician for our property. Thank you Brendan
