Jake did a great job for us, he was communicative during the entire process and got to the bottom of our issue quickly to get our a/c up and running in an expedient manner. I would highly recommend Jake to family and friends.
Micheal Squatrito of Comfort Zone was very knowledgeable and deciphered the problem with my AC. He also made recommendations for pending maintenance concerns. Awesome customer service with very prompt response time! Thank you!
Comfort Zone did a great job! Michael was chill overall, and got our ac fixed in no time! 5 stars across the board. Will be using them again!
Makayla did an outstanding job doing our biannual A/C and Heating maintenance. She was extremely thorough, took many before and after photos, answered all my questions. I would request for her to always do my maintenence if I could 🙂
We own a property in Cape Coral, and in 2022 we bought a new AC system from Comfort Zone — and it has been a constant headache ever since. The company has been sold since then, but the problems created by the original installation are still very much ours to deal with. The humidity in the house regularly spikes, and I’ve had to manually suck water out of the drain line far too often — something that should never happen with a properly installed system, let alone a brand‑new one. After multiple service calls, it has become painfully obvious that the drain line was installed at the wrong angle, causing water to sit, stagnate, and back up instead of draining. The standing water collects in the garage drain line — a basic, rookie‑level installation mistake that any competent technician should have avoided from the start. And to make matters even worse, when I called the company again for help, they wanted to charge me $109 just to send a technician out — despite the fact that the issue clearly stems from their own improper installation. Charging customers to fix your own mistakes isn’t just bad service; it’s a complete lack of accountability. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable AC installation or honest service.
