It was a good experience. I think that I got a reasonably good deal with very good service on the installation. I think that it looks great. I highly recommend Comfort Control. My only criticism has to do with the inability to see the details of the standard warranty and the optional 10-year labor warranty that I purchased and the writing of information with black magic marker on the side of the unit. I assume the information is important and before removing it, took a photo that will go in my files which I will show to any technician before he/she works on the unit.
Comfort Control has been servicing our A/C and air handler for a few years now and we have always been treated very well. They do a thorough job and are careful too. When we need to replace our unit, they will get the call.
The Technician was professional and knew my HVAC Equipment because he's serviced it in the past for regular maintenence and when the heat went out last winter. Comfort Control is the best and always quick to respond!
I have a new customer and Roxanne was the best. Very good customer service and made things happen and also the tech who came to the house named Mike. He was very good too. I’m gonna keep this air-conditioning company.
Fantastic company! Fast response, great technicians, reasonable price, good customer service. Family business. I wouldn't call any other company for my AC. Highly recommend!
