The highlights of our visit: * The Food: We ordered the Caesar salad with blackened grouper and the Greek salad, also with blackened grouper. The fish was cooked to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and a standout addition to the salads. * The Service & Drinks: Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our visit was seamless. Plus, the drinks were perfectly poured, making them the ideal companion for such a scenic setting. * The Extras: Don’t forget to check out their cute gift shop on your way out—it’s the perfect place to grab a souvenir from your "island" getaway. The Fish House is a total hidden gem. If you need a break from the everyday hustle and want a meal with a view that feels like a private escape, this is the place to be. I cannot wait to return!

This place is the ultimate vibe! We had lunch right on their small private beach, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and truly spectacular. It was fun watching people pull up on their boats, grab a bite to eat, and head back out on the water. Such a cool, laid-back scene. And the food? Terrific. I had the Greek salad and a buffalo chicken wrap. The salad was extremely fresh and generous enough to easily be shared between two or three people. The wrap was delicious and exactly what you’d hope for from a classic buffalo chicken wrap. The drinks were great as well. I can definitely see myself making Capri Fish House a staple whenever I’m back in the Naples area. Highly recommend.

Capri Fish House has the best staff, food, and entertainment on the island!!!! Danny at the bar makes the BEST drinks and Mindy is so attentive to the customers. Fred is our favorite musician, playing on Sunday’s, Monday’s and Thursday’s. He’s extremely talented and loves to interact with the customers, so you are guaranteed to hear any song requested. The entire waitstaff is so kind and caring with the customers. Most importantly, the food is phenomenal!!!

We’re here on vacation and found this place on a travel tiktok recommendation video. We had a group of 6 and we were pretty disappointed. The atmosphere was fun being right on the beach with the sand in your toes with the tiki bar but the food was not good and took over an hour to come out. We were one of the only tables there eating dinner and the other people already had their food so we’re not sure why it took so long. 2 people in our group ordered the chicken piccata and it was terrible. Both people had stomach issues for a full 24 hours after eating it. Drinks were also very mediocre, we ordered some piña colada’s and it didn’t taste like there was any alcohol in it. It tasted like watery, icy with a hint of piña colada. Our waiter would come over to take our order and then disappear for 30 minutes- an hour every time after we saw him, again we were one of the 2 tables there! I do not like having to leave negative reviews but I wouldn’t recommend this place or come back. Not to mention our bill was $400! Not worth $400.

One of the best seafood spots I’ve been to! The food is super fresh and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is very welcoming. Great portions, fair prices, and an overall awesome experience. If you love seafood, this place is a must!
